Reporting to Tandem's National Training Director, I oversaw delivery of two concurrent training projects which by EOFY 16/17, collectively delivered 1000+ new workers across our client's installation and maintenance workforce (Telstra). The role included stakeholder management of program partners (Registered Training Organisations, Group Training Organisations, Wholesalers, general service providers), learners and project resources, project plan implementation within the client ask time, monitoring and reporting functions across much of the value chain and capturing improvement opportunities to bolster our processes and systems as they arise.

As National HSE Administrator reporting to the HSE Executive General Manager, my primary tasks were to support the implementation of national HSE initiatives and provide administrative support to the HSE team as a whole. During my time in this role, I supported application of the Telstra PAA ACMRTW program, liaised with external providers to manage staff training requirements, assisted in developing plans for PAA Field Training and Accreditation matrices and supported HSE procedure development. I was proactive in obtaining functional field experience in NSW and VIC, where I assessed contractor works via CMS audits/observations and offered onsite coaching to drive safety, productivity and efficiency. I also worked directly with Team Managers to resolve HSE enquiries and developed positive working relationships through the business. Considering my time in this role, I feel my personality and traits proved to be an excellent fit with the organisation, allowing me to enjoy my work and be a contributing member of the HSE team.
