Innovation and technology are the leading forces behind almost all of my thoughts. With in depth field experience my goal is to create streamlined workflows by creating a balance between technology and conventional methodology. With a strong focus and background in hands on applications, stemming from an early career in drilling and project management within a family business to branching out on my own career path into construction and design. Business runs in my blood and has always been the driving force behind my passion for growth. As an entrepreneur and avid believer in the sharing of information, I am always glad to collaborate and indulge in like-minded conversation and study. A wise man never stops learning, I am absolutely fascinated with learning, mainly unconventional and outside of the box problem solving but really focusing on the dynamic of synergetic teamwork. The relationships & bonds that are made with a group of amazingly creative minds paired with the strength and resilience of the worker bees and go-getters gives me goosebumps. Feeling the dynamic of working in passionate and driven teams to create, innovate, change, disrupt and elevate towards all the eccentricity of the future and the infinite possibilities of the imagination. "One must be obsessed with his craft and understand that you are always a student." In the diversity of my career stemming from a very physical upbringing through heavy labour roles; Carrying, Hitting, Lifting and moving physical mass with brute force to now working at the Finesse, Patience and Precision of moving information that has no mass or physical state both to create change. The result of the outcome whether physical or intellectual is always measured by the amount of EFFORT one puts into manifesting and achieving their goals.

As a mechanical superintendent on process facilities projects my views are direct from how to build and construct more efficiently to lower the costs and increase the quality. My research led me into advanced survey technology and CAD design, which led me to the meeting of the other co-founder of ONSITE3D Kyle R. Pickering. Kyle compliments my construction experience with his experience working within EPC's as a draftsman and laser scanning technician. Together we have invested a considerable amount of time and effort and ONSITE3D is the realization of our hard work.
