1. Deputy Manager of Import-Export/ Native tapioca starch - Manage, check, and support staff with import-export documents to ensure the correct content is shown on the declaration and other documents; ensure the progress of documents; and collect money from customers. - Manage customers and orders of the company. - Purchase raw materials, packaging accessories, and machinery for the production activities of the Company. - Calculate costs of price for the Board of Directors. Analyze profits after completing orders based on actual costs. - Manage the storage and preservation of import-export documents for export tax refunds and inspection by the authorities. 2. Assistant Director - Arrange meeting times for the Director with partners and suppliers. - Support legal when the Director needs - Support visa and temporary residence cards for foreign experts and workers. - Make contracts, domestic and foreign investments, and trade. - Make official dispatches as requested by the Director - Prepare, and submit documents regarding changes to business registration, including address, name, and type of business; purchase and sale of charter capital/shares; and temporary suspension of operations. - Work with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, banks, and the Department of Planning and Investment. 3. Human Resources staff - Declare Social insurance: increase, decrease, sick leave, maternity leave, ... - Timekeeping, salary calculation, bonus proposal. - Personnel recruitment - Perform other tasks as required by the Director

- Prepare documents according to L/C, sales contract, and agreement with customers (including cases of 3 or 4-party purchases; L/C issued at a bank in Singapore; goods exported from Cambodia transit in Vietnam) - Deal with customers, banks to send original documents - Resolve all issues arising during the delivery process at the port of departure, port of transit and port of discharge. Check the content of the draft L/C before the customer issues the original LC - Consult international sales staff on foreign trade operations,... - Analyze the cost and profit of each shipment according to data provided by the purchasing and sales department.
