• Set up all process parameters, data analysis to optimize process condition and save energy as well as lessen utility consumption. • Deal with all process problems to gain target on quality, on quantity and on schedule. • Checked shift record and managed inventory, made production report, product change form, utility consumption, modified SOP. • Predicted process condition change in the future and make back-up plan for each scenario. • Researched and apply new type product with new process condition. • Made plan to purchase spare part for equipment. • Coordinated with plan designer for a big problem and consult them new idea as well as in repairing equipment in annual maintenance • Cooperated with E&I, mechanical teams to maintain, repair and optimize equipment efficiency. • Prepared schedule for planned maintenance, annual maintenance… • Trained for new engineer and checked report from supervisor. • Implemented ISO-9001, ISO-14001. ISO-45001, ISO-22001, FSSC-22001 and responsible for internal and external audits.

 August 2018 – October 2018: Commissioning - promoted to Deputy supervisor • Coordinated with Buhler expert to run plant follow marked up P&ID, prepared checklist and expert’s experience. • Coordinated with direct manager to control and optimize process condition.  Since October 2018- February 2019: Normal operation - promoted to Supervisor. • Controlled process and solved troubleshoots in control room as well as at the field, distributed additional jobs for operators. • Made daily report and analyzed data to submit to direct manager. • Implemented ISO standard follow manager’s assignment and ISO organization. • Followed production plan from manager. • Kept in touch E&I team, mechanical team to repair instrument and equipment if occurred and Laboratory to check product’s quality. • Controlled operator to execute 5S in plant.

 March 15th 2017 – September 15th 2017: Went to Taiwan for training course. • Trained about technical drawings, wrote as well as practiced SOP (Safety Operation Procedure) and troubleshooting prepared for working later. • Visited plants in Taiwan and did weekly, monthly reports to submit to direct manager. • Trained about soft skills for management: Time management, team building, conflict management, communication, work management and presentation skill.  November 17th 2017 – November 25th 2017: Trained at Honeywell China Automation College, Tianjin, China. • Speciallize in DCS automation system (Distributed Control System).  Since November 26th 2017 – July 2018: Construction. • Coordinated with direct manager to modify plant depending on 3D model. • Coordinated with operators to line check at the site about cleaning, welding, erection, insulation quality of piping and equipment.  July 2018 – August 2018: Pre- commissioning. • Made marked up P&ID and coordinated with contractor to executed leak test, pressure test, dry test of piping and equipment. • Coordinated with E&I and mechanical team during whole progress.
