Prepared DNA extraction from swab samples by adding ATL, proteinase and AL+ EtOH. Put extractions to 96 wells to purify using filter plate, wash buffer AW1, AW2, AE and got it ready for PCR for NEWA project. Extracted feces from mixture samples for storage and further analysis in elephant project. Followed the protocol and asked question when needed. Took down notes on each day to keep track of completed work.
