Key Projects • SAP S/4HANA Central Finance Implementation – Supported migration from legacy ERP systems, focusing on master data governance, UAT testing, and data readiness. • Master Data Cleanup Initiative – Led cleanup of cost center, profit center, and GL data and implemented governance policies for long-term data integrity. • Balance Sheet Reconciliation Automation (UiPath) – Led automation initiative reducing manual effort by 25% and improving efficiency. • BlackLine Process Optimization – Improved reconciliation workflows through BlackLine standardization and matching module improvements. • Cross-Functional Knowledge Transfer Program – Conducted 20+ training sessions for 300+ employees, achieving an average rating of 4.5/5.

The Division Administration Chair supports the Division Director in coordinating key administrative tasks, managing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clubs, areas, and district leadership. This role plays a important part in planning events, tracking progress, and enabling alignment with Division Goals.
