*  Sourcing the candidates based on the Team Requirement using the job portal like Naukri. *  Calling up the candidates and scheduling their Interviews. *  Coordinating with the various colleges placement officers and scheduling the interviews for the students. *  Screening the candidates based on the written test and face to face Interview. *  Coordinating with the project managers for the final round of interviews. *  Handling the issues related to login and logout timings of the employees.

*  Handling end-to-end recruitment process *  Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, Times and Monster. *  Designing job Description & Responsible for job posting. *  Conduct Initial short listing of the candidates by evaluating him through telephonic interview for skills, communication, stability, confidence, suitability to the project and fitment to the company. *  Initial Assessment of the candidates technical Proficiency by making use of preliminary questions provided by the technical panel. *  Schedule and coordinate interview with the Floor HR’s and SPOC’s. *  Assist the SPOC in releasing the offer & helping the candidate to understand the procedure and formalities of offer and the company. *  Follow up with the candidates till they join the company. *  Maintaining Database of the candidates on MS-Excel.
