I lead the company’s end-to-end technology transformation to become a modern, secure, and data-driven digital securities firm within the Agribank ecosystem. I am responsible for developing and implementing the company’s IT strategy, managing the IT budget, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and overseeing all IT operations. I serve in two key roles: as a member of the Board of Management in the IT Division and as Senior Director of the I&O function. In my capacity as Senior Director, I lead and manage the Applications, Infrastructure, and Operations departments at ABBANK, steering strategic initiatives and maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and excellence.. I am also accountable for End Point Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and fostering effective Partner Management. • Database and Application Management: Directing the management of all databases and live applications, spanning crucial systems like Core Banking, E-Banking, mobile banking, billing, onboarding, payment processing, data warehousing, Card Systems, LOS (Loan Origination Systems), ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), API management, DevSecOps, Active Directory, and Email infrastructure. • Infrastructure Management: Leading the strategic management of Infrastructure resources, including Containers, Virtualization technologies, Hybrid Cloud environments, Server architecture, Storage solutions, Backup and Restore operations, Network infrastructure, and Data Center management. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and enforce security policies, standards, and protocols, improving overall security posture.

As IT Deputy Director at Vietcombank, Vietnam's largest bank, I managed two critical departments: Infrastructure and Administration & Asset Management, overseeing a team of 60 professionals and a $30M annual budget. My focus was on ensuring operational efficiency, meeting SLAs and industry standards, and driving innovation to solidify Vietcombank's position as a leader in the industry.
