-Implement purchasing policies, systems and procedures in accordance with Company standards -Entering purchase orders into the system, Purchasing all supplies, ensures timely and accurate payments against purchase orders to vendors -Coordinate with the Finance and Operational Departments to pay monthly bills -Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications -Obtain competitive quotations for hostel requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased at the best price -Calls for quotations for any items costing more than a certain amount (As per company policy) and inquires into prices from various suppliers -A minimum of three independent genuine quotations must be obtained -Ensures & verifies that quotations are regularly updated and supplier’s new current price lists are maintained -Ensure the efficient operation of the Purchasing Department in all aspects -Obtains written approval for established Minimum / Maximum stock levels by the financial controller and general manager -Checks, explains if needed and approves delivered items discrepancy report issued by cost control regarding price and quantity order variances -Issues regularly slow-moving item lists

- Support Expat teacher - Prepare lesson plans and assignments for students before going to class - Monitor student performance and progress in class - Organize group activities, guide students and students to do homework - Cooperate with colleagues to coordinate class planning and discuss specific professional topics - Grade students' tests, essays, reports, and other assignments - Contact with parents to talk about students in class

-Search, meet, exchange and evaluate supplier capacity -Compare the quality and prices of goods from many suppliers -Prepare an overview assessment report on goods, suppliers, selection options and submit them to the management -Create purchase orders for LG Electronics; LG DIsplay; LG Innotek, LG Chem,... track purchase progress -Make a backup plan for possible problems if the order has problems -Processing documents related to purchasing activities -Coordinate with the warehouse department to confirm the quantity and quality of goods -Collaborate with the accounting department to complete the work related to payments, invoices and documents

- Make Debit Note, Arrival Notice, Manifest declaration,... - Find customers by promoting and introducing the carrier's transportation services -Regular contact, customer care, price support, preferential service for customers -Provide support to the logistics team, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are undamaged or mistaken
