- Give campus tours to prospective students and family members. - Serve as liaison between prospective students and the various departments on campus (e.g. Academic areas, sports. Etc). - Assist in various recruiting activities such as Open Houses, Information night, Preview Days, Sullivan Day and other special events. - Post weekly Call Center Teams messages to outline and update campaign assignments. - Serve on search committees for new Student Outreach Coordinators (SOCs) - Assist the Call Center Manager with scheduling SOC hours and hold periodic meetings to discuss updates and special instructions. - Plan and lead team meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination. - Develop queries in the Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Review and adjust campaign scripts to enhance effectiveness. - Create and review Call Center documentation for accuracy and clarity. - Archive and store digital Call Center materials securely.

• Conducting a study to optimize software engineering skills development in Ukraine, China, and the US. • Analyzing data to identify trends in software engineering education and technology support using tools like R, Python, SPSS, and Tableau. • Submitting research findings to the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE) 2026, a leading forum for software engineering innovation.
