• Digitalisation of the production site activities by deployment of an ERP system

• Logging the calls from the customers from the UK and Ireland communicating both electronically and over the phone • Analyzing the provided information determining whether the difficulties are in scope for the team and referring the customer to the relevant team if necessary • Assigning the priority to the field service incidents according to the SLA • Accurately filling out parts usage reports as per rotating shift duties
