Young Bebus, is an M.B.A. with over 16 years of marketing and operations experience in health care and senior living. During her career, she has been recognized and awarded for her creativity, innovation, and leadership through local and national organizations. As the Chief Operations Officer, Young provides leadership to Oxford’s senior housing division and its day to day operations from business development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, risk management along with customer and employee engagement. Young is a strong advocate for innovative programs and products that support our aging population and their caregivers in an environment that promotes a sense of independence, dignity and joy.
