In charge of domestic marketing : 1). Depend on the company strategic guidance and marketing condition , establish the economically feasible & flexible both ONLINE and OFFLINE strategic sales planning .Take party in famous exhibition to promote the brand . 2). Build and expend distribution channel , Divide sales territory , open flagship store , structure the region agency mechanism , through the store to point to an area ,radiate over the country . 3). Facilitate and motivate ONLINE and Offline sales team success . Establish with great sales target , sales mode , sales strategy , sales budget and bonus schemes . In charge of sale project with great planning , organization , process control . Evaluate team performance and continuity improvement . Hold training course for sales team . 4). Great thinking and insight on marketing environment , fully understand customer actual demand . Take party in marketing investigate and forecast , formulate the sales budget and sales price .In charge of ordering , consignment , sales reports , stock checking ,and improve the rate of stock turnover 5).Sourcing new material , enhance brand added-value . In charge of oversea business : 1).In charge of merchandiser and purchaser team , monitor garment and materials development, production and purchasing, control garment and material costing, analyze and solve the risks of technology; 2).Make it happen and ensure that sampling and bulk production could be achieved successfully, coordinate parties working and production process, monitor production costing and enhance GP to be maximum; 3).Develop teamwork spirits and facilitate team success.

1).In charge of merchandiser and purchaser team , render and cope the best service for customer ,monitor garment and materials development, production and purchasing, control garment and material costing, analyze and solve the risks of technology; 2).Make it happen and ensure that sampling and bulk production could be achieved successfully, coordinate parties working and production process, monitor production costing and enhance GP to be maximum; 3).Following up material’s delivery , shipment tolerance and quality , monitor stock and reuse leftover material accurately ; 4).Well develop, support and motivate subordinates, drive them innovatively and independently and result driven, develop teamwork spirits and facilitate team success.

1).Follow up quotation and order and work out order loading chart and quota allocation chart; 2).Develop, handle and follow up sample development, source and approve print/Emb/banding/washing quality and costing and check bulk fabric consumption; 3).Check and confirm garment order, book & follow up bulk fabric and confirm garment delivery; 4).Follow up bulk fabric & trims status, check and authorize fabric & trims orders; 5).Organize PPS, distribute << Manufactory production sheet>> and production standard sample and call PP meeting; 6).Coordinate and follow up production output report, check fabric & trim, distribute records by cutting report, sewing report, print/EMB/banding/washing output report, subcontract records and shipping report; 7).Follow up in-line and final inspection schedule and check QC file for buyer; 8).Follow up packing method and shipment details; 9).Check bulk materials stock report and select information after bulk shipped; 10).Assign and arrange team players’ duties, arrange interview and provide training and evaluation; 11).Provide Polo VCP training and take part in production and top management meeting.

1).Review production capacity, plan production schedule, arrange operation procedure, coordinate & arrange production for sewing lines; 2).Work out and arrange OPA operation steps, import & export documents application, control and arrange subcontract sewing operation; 3).Track fabric & acc. Status, collect & coordinate production info & data and control materials quality and discrepancy report; 4).Call meetings for production, such as PP meeting, quality control meeting, shipment report meeting, weekly production efficiency meeting, worker leave report meeting, internal production data communication meeting and internal work achievement meeting; 5).Organize and coordinate production parties, push production flows to operate smoothly, control production quality and status and garment delivery and arrange shipping and custom application properly; 6).Work with buyer’s QC for in-line & final inspection, plan and arrange garment Ex-fty details; 7).Make daily duty report and internal staff interview and provide training, duties arrangement, allocation, evaluation and salary adjustment.
