In my role as Supply Network Development at Reckitt Nutrition - Mead Johnson Nutrition, I led the redesign and development of the manufacturing network in North America for the company Infant Nutrition business. Working closely with Commercial, Technical and Infant Nutrition Subject Matter Experts developed a transformation solution to enhance the region's supply network efficiency and resilience.

Lead the scoping of a Digital Transformation program for a major CPG Global client within the Supply Chain and Operations, Plan-to-Fulfil domain. Facilitated workshops to define and refine the scope of SAP S/4 HANA implementation & integration with best-of-breed applications across the Supply Chain and Operations organization. This involved a thorough examination of the client's business processes, legacy system ecosystems, and operational pain points to ensure a smooth implementation & integration to the new system landscape while optimizing the company operational performance.

Achievements: - Created topline category growth of $100 Million by introducing fast new product prototyping & significantly shortening time to market by rapid pilot launches in lead markets. Reduced capital risk by minor investment requirement. - Successfully launched new product development programs under Global Power Brands (Milka, Cote D’Or, Green & Black’s) aiming to deliver innovations across various markets. - Established cross regional sourcing programs by leveraging product bundles from Europe and set exporting activities for US, China and Australia markets assuring quick time to market.

Achievements: - Successfully lead profit margin improvement initiatives by enabling $200 Million in savings over 3 years; collaborated with Senior Leaders and shared best practices across business units. - Supported manufacturing network transformation in North America, Europe and Asia to achieve committed synergy cost reductions linked to major investment program. - Guided standardization of production technologies and worked collaboratively with manufacturers in enhancing technologies to improve operational excellence; enabled higher throughput by 40% and CAPEX / tone requirement decreased by 25%.

Achievements: - Led Jacobs and Kenco European soluble coffee brands expansion in South East Asia and Latin America by developing sustainable route to market and delivering incremental revenue of $20 Million. - Simplified product portfolio through Journey to Simplicity with neutral revenue impact by assessing manufacturing complexity drivers, reduced number of SKU’s by 20%, harmonized recipes and pack formats resulting in 3% margin improvement. - Led Vertical Integration manufacturing assessment for Tassimo coffee brand by designing wall-to-wall operations for the end-to-end Tassimo production allowing 20% conversion cost decrease translating in 5% profit margin improvement.

Achievements: - Liaised with Procurement, R&D, and Manufacturing functions to drive 3% reduction in controllable costs Year-on-Year delivering saving and margin improvement initiatives. - Changed local market focus driven operating mindset into broader European business scope by building competitive portfolio offering and synergies between the 10 cluster factories throughout Central and Easter Europe.

Achievements: - Transferred 3,500 tons of confectionary production to Hungarian plant from Latin America Region, providing $70 Mln. additional revenue opportunity for the Central European business. - Led brownfield project by implementing $18 Million investment program for new manufacturing capability building for chocobakery portfolio; created jobs and trained local workforce for servicing the new capability.

Achievements: - Managed Engineering & Change Management departments and delivered engineering projects for new manufacturing capability building valued at $20 Million including capital budget planning & tracking. - Implemented large scale automation project for highly manual praline packaging operations and decreased headcount operations by 150 people counting for $2 Million in savings year-on-year. - Supported $100 Million biscuit green field investment in Vladimir Region by providing engineering resources, technology transfer for chocobakery portfolio production, and process expertise for new manufacturing facility start-up.

Led revenue growth in international and local markets through innovative IT solutions, strategic collaborations, and comprehensive business solutions using platforms like SAP, Oracle, and IBM across Financial Services, Retail & Distribution, and the Public Sector.
