• Leading the company’s projects through full life cycle: idea, design reviews, manufacturing, validation, delivery, and support including cost and timeline estimates. • Developing complex products with multiple parts consisting of multidisciplinary elements: lighting, cameras, environmental sensors, Wi-Fi and RF antennas, PCBs, and complicated routing. • Designed electro & opto-mechanical subassemblies considering all aspects (Manufacturability, Cost, Assembly and Serviceability) while using diverse production technologies – CNC, plastic injection, aluminum die casting, 3D printing, sheet metal. • Performing calculations reports and Finite Element computer analysis for design optimization, focusing on thermal and strength analysis, characterization for motherboards and RF PCBs design. • Produced in-house rapid prototypes and POCs, dealing with very dynamic environment and demands. • Coordinate between design, hardware, engineering, and operation teams to meet a very tight schedules, as well as ensuring high reliability and quality levels of the ends products.

• Mechanical design of CNC and sheet metal products. • Leading transfer processes from development to production using production methods such as laser cutting, sheet bending, milling, lathe and welding.
