Supporting AIESEC International in delivery of ECOLEAD (www.ecolead.org) research project. ECOLEAD stands for European Networked Collaborative Leadership Initiative. ECOLEAD addresses the three most fundamental and inter-related focus areas that are the basis for dynamic and sustainable networked organizations: Breeding Environments, Dynamic Virtual Organizations, and Professional Virtual Communities.

Responsible for institutional set-up of Lviv IT-BPO Cluster, - defining structure, strategy, business processes and stakeholder engagement. Under PPV Knowledge Networks' administration, Lviv IT-BPO Cluster delivered first projects, incl. curriculum for the MSc in IT Management Programme at LvBS Lviv Business School of Ukrainian Catholic University, English courses for IT students at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Find Yourself in Lviv! campaign etc. Internal membership, governance and financial procedures established. PPV Knowledge Networks incubated Lviv IT-BPO Cluster in February 2013.

Proftrack (www.proftrack.com) is an online platform for advising individual users on their learning tracks. It recommends learning opportunities such as online courses, offline programs, professional training conferences and seminars based on users’ current competences, learning goals, recommendations of peers and experts.

Partner at the leading Ukrainian CSR organization. CSR Ukraine Community is a think- and do- tank generating CSR–related analytics, promoting CSR as a topic in Ukraine and consulting companies on CSR strategies, programmes and projects.

Responsible for institutional incubation of the Wood Processing and Furniture Cluster (www.domv.lviv.ua) operating in Western Ukraine. Key responsibilities include identification and delivery of projects of common interest to the wood industry/ries. Training Center for wood industries professionals is a flagship project of the Cluster. Cluster is involved in several EU-funded projects (FP7).

Was responsible for managing new initiative to establish partnerships with foundations and non-corporate funding agencies. Have succeded in signing partnerships and agreements with Asia-Europea Foundation, Environics International and European Commission. Have generated number of project and programs, was leading AIESEC delegation to WSSD in Johannesburg in 2003
