• Fullfil all operational and management (Warehouse, Outlets, Office) by Purchase Request (PR). • Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and initiate reordering to ensure adequate stock. • Searching, negotiation and maintain relationship with new or current supplier/vendor. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor information. • Generate reports on purchasing activities and cost analyses. • Make a bid comparison to every item in purchase request to get the best price. • Update market price list every week for present to all leader. • Monitoring operational purchase not over with company operational budget. • Collaborating to help determine the most suitable equipment needed for outlets. • Responsible for gathering and organizing the company's assets data. • Responsible for making daily petty cash reports. • Responsible for making petty cash all outlets report every week. • Responsible for reimbursement staff every week. • Processing invoice (rceive, review, and verify invoice for accuracy). • Maintain vendor records, communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries or discrepancies, and establish strong working relationships. • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents, ensuring consistency, and resolving any discrepancies. • Prepare payment batches, initiate electronic payments, or issue checks, and ensure payments are made on time and accurately • Generate regular reports on accounts payable activities, such as aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor payment histories.
