• Manage budgeting within JV, produce and present annual budget to shareholders, control its performance and report variances • Provide management with cost analysis, feasibility studies in order to make well-informed decisions • Manage the Cash Call process and contractor payment cycle, ensuring proper financing of JV activities and maintaining healthy working capital • Build the financial reporting infrastructure to ensure compliance with PSA terms, mother company requirements, and Ukrainian governmental reporting obligations

• Maintain efficient brand portfolio, search for new suppliers • Prepare business plans and negotiate with foreign suppliers • Perform rolling budgeting (purchases, sales, payments, marketing expenses), control budget performance • Being responsible for P&L, plan purchases, sales, payments, marketing expenses and regularly report to shareholders, management and foreign suppliers • Monitor and control KPIs (sales, market share, stock level/turnover, margin etc.) • Lead department staff

Obtained Master's Degree in International Economics (with Major in International Business) in 2008. Obtained Bachelor's Degree in International Business in 2006. Diplomas of English language interpreter/translator are obtained in 2008.
