I am from Brazil. I have been in England since 1993 and I have learned the language and the meaning of being British. I have worked in restaurants, bars and doing all kind of jobs, from cleaning dishes to General Manager to operation manager. My love for the food and drink business is second to none. In this country I come to taste the flavours from all over the world without having to travel far from home. I have an immense experience in running bars and restaurants. I have been in the business for over 20 years I am a really hard worker and a natural leader, well organized with my day to day duties. Totally committed with high standards of the food service. I have a long history of management and a great understanding of the English market. I went to University in Brazil and have done a course in Business and marketing. I have a very good understanding of accounts and marketing promotions. I have done many courses in restaurant and people’s management during my time in the food and drink’s industry in England. I am good with numbers as I supervised the accounts team while working as an Operations Manager. I speak fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese is my first language.

Volnei successfully launched the first Churrascaria (Bem Brasil) outside London eight years ago. And then started the Tropeiro restaurants after that. The intention now is to bring Brazilian Churrascaria to the home.
