As Global Head of Experimental Medicine Oncology, I am drawing on my many years of experience in translational medicine research and early drug development to effectively transition novel therapeutic concepts into full development. My work has significantly influenced the landscape of therapeutic modalities that can recalibrate the setpoint of the immune system to combat disease effectively. I am committed to developing innovative treatment strategies that change the trajectory of patient care on a global scale. With over twenty years of experience in research and more than one decade in pharmaceutical industry, I've spearheaded the advancement of novel therapeutic agents, directing their journey from the lab bench to clinical trials up to concept validation. My strategic vision and adaptive approach to early-phase trials have been instrumental in determining the efficacy and safety of new treatments, setting the stage for their potential to become groundbreaking medical interventions.
