As the Frontend Team Lead, I led a team of five developers, overseeing the architectural design and workflow management of more than 20 concurrent projects. I ensured scalability, maintainability, and strong engineering standards across all deliverables. I designed and implemented reusable design system components that became the foundation of our product ecosystem, while actively mentoring the team and supporting their technical and professional growth. I also led the development and end-to-end management of our company’s landing pages and marketing infrastructure, including a dynamic blog platform powered by Strapi. During this period, I contributed significantly to the evolution of our HR management platform into a full-scale ERP system with 20+ modules, streamlining complex operational and HR processes for our clients. Additionally, I managed multiple dashboard-driven products and admin platforms, delivering data-focused interfaces with intuitive UX and robust functionality.

Leading provider of data analytics and AI-driven marketing solutions, I played a key role in managing the campaign processes for high-profile clients such as Insider, Papara, Türk Telekom, and MediaMarkt. My responsibilities included developing custom dashboards that empowered clients with actionable insights and data-driven decision-making, as well as overseeing bug fix processes to ensure optimal system performance and a seamless user experience. Additionally, I collaborated with the team to develop a comprehensive design system, utilizing React, Storybook, and TypeScript to create scalable and reusable UI components. For efficient package management and distribution, I implemented Lerna, ensuring a structured and maintainable development workflow.

I developed four unique e-commerce themes tailored for the Food, Jewelry, Cosmetics, and Furniture sectors, significantly enhancing the diversity of our theme portfolio. Collaborating closely with the design and product teams, I ensured that each theme was meticulously crafted to meet the varied needs and preferences of our clientele. Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining and updating existing themes, ensuring they remained fully functional, secure, and aligned with the latest e-commerce trends.

I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive design system featuring over 36 components built with Vue, Storybook, and TypeScript. I efficiently managed and published these components as NPM packages using Lerna. In addition, I successfully delivered several short-term projects—from development through to completion—consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. A key highlight of my tenure was serving as a core team member on the PepsiCo project, an expansive e-commerce platform that supports over 1 million retailers across 7 countries. In this capacity, I managed the development and maintenance of critical warehouse management algorithms and the checkout process, directly contributing to the platform’s operational efficiency and success. Beyond these accomplishments, I also played a vital role in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of daily projects, addressing any gaps and ensuring continuous improvements.

I was responsible for building and maintaining eCommerce landing pages from scratch, including the website development for the LOL Surprise brand. I handled all aspects of the project, from initial design and development to ongoing maintenance, ensuring each site met both performance and user engagement standards.
