Currently employed as Tooling Engineer working primarily with molded fiber on a variety of platforms including traditional Drum Molding on Mapes and Emery machines, as well as more modern TPM and equivalent platforms. In addition I currently have a secondary focus of plastic thermoforming including matched metal foams and vacuum formed rigid plastic. I also possess a strong background in Product Design and Development which was primarily focused on CNC manufactured products in the field of opto-mechanics and dabble a bit in personal creative projects mostly focused game supplies and personal hobbies. In addition I am a big supporter of additive manufacturing processes and believe that as the industry grows many more things will become possible in the world of manufacturing. Keeping up with the understanding of the capabilities of that field is one of my foremost priorities.
