Responsible for: * Articulating FMN’s vision into a holistic transformation masterplan and driving a series of high-impact initiatives and projects designed to challenge the status quo and optimise the Group's current operating model. * Driving the Group’s M&As activities and business development out of Nigeria. Most recently, he successfully drove and closed the acquisition of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc – a transaction valued at an enterprise value of c. US$200m.

A member of the Executive Committee, he is responsible for articulating strategic and operational plans across all the Group's segments, with a view of enabling optimal business decisions, ensuring targets are met, and, ultimately, driving attainment of competitive advantage. More specifically, he: * Owns and drives the 5-year strategic plan that allows the Group to successfully achieve its growth aspirations while navigating the competitive landscape. * Responsible for all financial planning and analysis activities, namely annual planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and management reporting. * Oversees tracking and evaluating of business performance and benchmarking against competition and global best practices with a distinct bias towards continuous improvement. * Deploys systems and processes that ensure the availability of timely and relevant analytics. * Evaluates and drives special projects, such as M&As, corporate restructurings, etc.

ARM Capital Partners is an institutional manager of PE funds. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd (ARM), the firm currently advises ARM Private Equity Fund, a mid-market fund that pursues growth investments in Nigeria and the rest of West Africa. Leading a small team of seasoned professionals and external advisers he successfully deployed the fund across several sectors. Main responsibilities: * Source investment opportunities. * Coordinate the due diligence process and negotiate investment terms. * Present transactions to the Investment Committee. * Play an active role in the monitoring and management of the portfolio companies, through board membership and coaching of their management teams. * Represent the Fund before regulators, LPs, prospective investors, strategic partners, and the broader community. * Negotiate and structure exits from portfolio companies.

A member of the Executive Committee, he runs the treasury function with full responsibility for managing the group's balance sheet, exposure to foreign currency and interest rates, bank relationships and arranging debt and equity financing for acquisitions or new capital projects. In addition, he undertakes major strategic treasury projects and initiatives geared towards strengthening the treasury function including establishing policies, procedures and controls.
