Prior to founding Qiuntex Bank Technology (Qiuntex) and founding International Fintech Business (IFB), I dedicated over 12 years working in the top leading institutions in banking and fintech in Ukraine, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. With a Ph.D. in Banking, my academic background complements my practical industry experience. Legislative contributions I contributed to the development of Ukraine's Virtual Assets legislation, helping create the regulatory framework that balances innovation with compliance requirements for digital assets in the Ukrainian market. Founding Qiuntex By founding Qiuntex, a banking operations and compliance platform, in 2021, my team and I created an innovative API platform that enabled companies to create and sell their own financial products. Our services include opening multi-currency accounts, SWIFT/SEPA transfers, generating IBAN accounts, and partnering with Visa/Mastercard. Founding IFB Building upon the success of Qiuntex, I co-founded IFB, a legal firm specializing in the registration and licensing of fintech and digital business companies, in 2022 with Julia Raubishke from Pearly Mount Consultants. Together, we have registered over 130 financial licenses worldwide and facilitated the acquisition of financial companies totaling 201.3 million euros for our clients. With significant experience licensing financial institutions and banks internationally, connecting payment systems, creating blockchain projects, implementing AML/KYC standards, and cooperating with regulators like FINTRAC, FCA, FINMA, JFSA, BoC, BaFin and banks across Europe.
