I am managing a focused team to develop Intel GPA -- a set of exciting, highly visible, leading edge graphics performance analysis tools that are used by 3D Game Developers to optimize their games to run best on Intel's graphics HW. http://www.intel.com/software/gpa/

I am responsible to manage CPP SS7 organization at Mera (with CPP being a major Ericsson Telecom platform). My organization is focused on developing and maintaining multiple product solutions related to SS7 Signaling Stack for CPP platform, with several dedicated projects running in parallel.

I am managing the Ericsson CPP SS7 Maintenance project. The goal is to maintain all the supported releases of Ericsson SS7 protocol signaling software for CPP telecom platform. I'm dealing with all the aspects of planning, operative work, people management, risk management, budget stuff, etc. The project is critical due to SS7 Signaling Stack failures likely leading to mobile network outages.

Responsible for transferring an organization with complete ownership of CPP SS7 Design and Maintenance activites. The main goal was to significantly lower operational costs by using lower cost geo resources. The focus of transfer was put on building up the right competence in a short time taking into account budget and time constraints. The majority of the new employees (including managers) were hired from scratch and ramped-up quickly thanks to extensive deep technical training programs developed and put in place.
