I guided the transformation of Univista Insurance organisation into a unique broker agency integrating all locations and data from third party vendors and carriers into a custom developed CRM. My results include: 1- To Build an Operational CRM ( AOS ) used to track sales, clients, to follow new prospects, quotes, to improve retention and policy renewals. 2- To Build a Reporting and Accounting Web Application ( OPA ) used by the executive team, accounting department and franchise owners to facilitate the franchise and corporate commission payments, reconciliation of carrier commissions to pay employee bonuses, to keep track of Univista gross sales,and to measure the performance of Google and Ads campaigns. 3- To Build a Medicare web application ( OpaHealth) used by Medicare agents to generate new prospects and help them to keep track of sales. 4- Created an Univista API that capture either Google or Facebook leads and distribute them among all Univista's locations and customer service representatives. 5-Designed and implemented together with a third party company a VOiP phone CRM system to monitor employee's calls and customer service quality. 6-Designed and implemented a Zipocode and Ads rotation call system that distributes calls to all Univista's locations. 7-Created a new generation App that brings the nearby agents to the customers, to help them with their insurance needs based on customer and agent current location. 8-I have developed a Digital Marketing Team to generate their own Google and Facebook campaigns to reach out new prospects with insurance needs 9-Implemented a weekly educational emails campaign to educate our Hispanic community in the importance of having the right insurance for their needs. 10- I am also in charge of the security and infrastructure of the whole Company.
