* Responsibilities: * Leading Global Inventory Support team as a process owner. * Planning and deploying Production releases for Inventory/CFO and Ipayments areas. * Analyzing and troubleshooting Production environment Concurrent Requests (Oracle R12 E-Business Suite). * Analyzing and preparing Application improvements for the SCRUM reviews. * Leading technical RCA for complex and reoccurring Production issues. * Monitoring Production Environment using BMC, OAM and AppDynamics * Preparing KB articles and training materials for other team members. * Representing technical team to business partners to review/clarify complex Production issues.

* Production support of applications in Manufacturing/Logistic and Services areas (Incident/Problem/Change management). * Collaborate with Global Dell teams on quick/accurate diagnose and troubleshooting of Production software issues. * Communicate with developments teams on Dell projects handover. * Create KB articles for current workarounds and technical solutions. * Schedule and maintain production bench jobs (Control M, Tandem). * Manage and continuously improve management reporting processes.

* Design/Development/Deployment middleware infrastructure based on IBM WebSphere MQSeries and webMethods. * Support of Dell Middleware environments and solve raised problems. * Work with WebSphere, webMethods, MS SQL Server 2012 & Oracle 9i/10g databases, Oracle Applications 11.0.3/11i; XML, MQI, FTP and Citrix ICA protocols. * Create and update all documentation for MQ infrastructure like VISIO diagrams and scripts.

* Maintain and support SIT and UAT test environments. * Work on defect issues together with QA and DEV teams. * Communicate with business and DEV teams on project requirements, schedule and current environment maintenance. * Execute daily environment health tests to check connectivity between different systems and their functionality.
