About

I began my career in 2006 in a veterinary clinic, where I built discipline, empathy, and calm decision‑making under pressure. To expand my impact and earning potential, I moved into commerce, joining TOV Evrovyknobut as a sales manager and later leading the company’s dealer network across Ukraine. After that success I founded my own glazing business. During the 2008–2009 crisis, I was invited to K‑Group as Assistant to the Founder to build the import sales function and, together with the construction department, launch in‑house production. We brought a 1,200 m² manufacturing site online, and as head of the commercial division I secured major government contracts; in 2012 the company was a partner of UEFA EURO 2012 in Ukraine, including projects in Kyiv. I continued my commercial track at Strela Transgroup, then joined First Way, LLC in Odesa—initially to lead the aviation department and subsequently as Commercial Director while simultaneously managing the Kyiv branch, where I standardized core commercial and operational processes. After two years, I moved to PSP‑International (part of International Courier Service) as Head of Logistics, where I have been working since August 2025, focusing on network reliability, cost control, and on‑time performance. In parallel, I founded Svitlodar, developing portable residential energy systems—essentially a “power bank for your home”—to keep apartments and cottages running during blackouts or wherever grid power is unavailable.
