Institute-wide role coordinating across research, publications, editorial, communications, and marketing to deliver coherent, high-impact messaging and engagement. I support strategic content development and cross-team coordination, translating complex policy research into accessible outputs for diverse audiences.

-Manage the portfolio of Russia sanctions projects, including the technical assistance program and SIFMANet (Sanctions and Illicit Finance Monitoring and Analysis Network) -Lead the implementation of local and international workshops and events -Facilitate outreach to key stakeholders in government, business, and civil society -Aid the implementation of project SMURF (Supervising and Monitoring Ukraine's Reconstruction Funds) which focuses on strengthening the integrity of the financial system in Ukraine

-Support the Public-Private Partnership Taskforce on Fighting Financial Crime in Ukraine, facilitating engagement between Ukrainian authorities, international governments, the private sector, and civil society stakeholders -Contribute to the CFI Academy by developing and delivering training on crypto-assets, financial crime, and financial sector integrity

-Conducted research on humanitarian multipurpose cash assistance (MPCA) in Ukraine through DEC's partnership with the London School of Economics -Collaborated with a team of four LSE graduate students to research multipurpose cash assistance in Ukraine, in particular, "How do DEC Member Agencies operate the sustainability and shock responsiveness of multipurpose cash assistance in Ukraine?" -Facilitated all communication between our LSE consultancy group and DEC, 11 DEC Member Agencies, such as Save the Children, OXFAM, International Rescue Committee, Plan International, and others, and other organisations specialising in cash assistance, such as CALP Network -Conducted 18 interviews in one month with Ukraine-based cash and program specialists employed by the Member Agencies and other cash assistance organisations -Presented the 42-page report and recommendations to DEC after which it was shared with DEC Member Agencies, and various humanitarian and aid organisations, and published on DEC's website, ReliefWeb, and other humanitarian electronic platforms -Presented findings to the Ukraine Cash Working Group led by UN OCHA

-Most responsibilities remain the same as in the previous position; additional responsibilities include higher project count, averaging to 30 corporate recruitment projects at a time -Brought in 7 wins for the state of Utah which is equivalent to 7 new companies in manufacturing, tech, and aerospace sectors which will add more than 2,000 new jobs and $33M in capital investment into the state in the next few years

-Support EDCUtah, Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development, public and private sector partners in their efforts to attract outside businesses into the state and help Utah businesses grow and prosper -Manage 20+ corporate recruitment projects in Financial Services, Aerospace & Defense, and other industries -Organize site visits for companies considering Utah for expansion/ relocation; this includes coordinating meetings with local stakeholders such as state, city, and/or county officials, as well as representatives from private sector -Collaborate with industry partners to solve challenges to labor and other industry-related issues -Organize a committee of banking executives from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Zions Bank, and others to come up with solutions to labor retention and other creative methods to attract talent to the sector -Work with partners in advanced materials manufacturing and companies such as Northrop Grumman, Hexcel, to find solutions to carbon fiber recycling in the state of Utah -Collect data about Utah businesses and their opinions of doing business in the state through conducting interviews -Assist Global Strategy and Outreach recruitment efforts by putting together campaigns for EDCUtah to go into out-of-state markets to meet with targeted companies

-Oversaw organization’s strategic plan, budget, programs, and initiatives -Facilitated organizational programming which included U.S. Congress Open World Program and International Visitor Leadership Program in collaboration with U.S. Department of State -Served on Executive and Development Committees, and on the Global Leaders Scholarship Fund

Assisted YPFP with the selection process for 2020 Y20 and Y7 Summits' American Delegates.

-Worked with the office of Salt Lake City Mayor and United Nations to organize a 5,000-person global conference -Coordinated with planning committee co-chairs to integrate youth programs into the conference -Collaborated with a team of 8 youth co-chairs in Salt Lake City and New York to put together youth-related components of the conference such as Youth Festival, Youth Hub, Youth workshop, and Youth thematic session, for the 42% of attendees who were youth -Planned 8 community activities in Salt Lake City before the conference -Supervised a team of 7 sub-committee members to successfully carry out projects -Participated in the development and promotion of the Youth Climate Compact -Presented welcoming remarks during the conference opening plenary and the opening of the Youth Hub

-Ran PR/Membership Committee for the USNC for UN Women Utah Chapter to boost awareness and membership, leading to an increase of 50% -Organized different fundraisers including UN Women Film Festival and UN Women Paint Night -Collaborated with 6 board members to reach financial decisions related to the chapter -Assisted in drafting a proposal for a CEDAW Ordinance to be proposed in January 2019 Utah legislative session

-Acted as the main point of contact with 150 volunteer staff and outside partners during the leadership transition -Managed Y7 and Y20 Youth Summits incoming applications, selection process, scheduling, and communications -Organized the logistics and communication with United Arab Emirates Embassy (UAE) for the YPFP Study Tour -Traveled to the United Arab Emirates to meet with different ministries and world-renowned organizations such as UAE-USA Business Council, International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Hedaya, and the UAE Ministry of Science -Documented the study tour for YPFP social media channels -Handled and improved YPFP website utilizing Word Press and updated membership data through Wild Apricot -Designed graphics for social media outreach, created advertisements for events and managed social media accounts
