Identified customer needs and set business objectives to achieve products that are ready for market. Built relationships with customers to better the products. Designed mobile and web interafaces using user feedback. Worked with developers to turn designs into reality.

Developed and deployed digital and print campaigns for commercial services across campus, while managing an agile team of designers. Created budgets for each commercial service brand depending on quarterly revenue. Worked with marketing directors to create short-term and long-term development plans. Placed orders for print materials as well as sourcing of promotional items for marketing & event campaigns.

Collaborated with a small team to create content newsletters for internal and external communications. Redesigned the entire e-commerce platform to better user experience and brand value. Designed marketing collateral and managed marketing campaigns with Google AdSense, AdWords, Analytics, and Search Console.

I have complimented my degree at the University of Waterloo with a Digital Arts Communications Minor and an Entrepreneurship Minor The communications program at the University of Waterloo allowed me to explore the complexities of communication, discover how it creates meaning in our world, and study what makes verbal and non-verbal communication effective.
