Vlad Ronea

Founder of 18Gym Fitness Club, and 18 Fitness Academy, as well as author of the book "Detox Slim." My passion for sports began in childhood, initially as a footballer, but a knee injury ended that career. However, my love for sports led me to become a trainer on cruise ships. I spent two years as a personal coach and Fitness Director for the largest spa and beauty company on cruise ships, Steiner, and served as Spa Manager on the largest vessel in the Princess network. The knowledge I gained during my time on cruise ships inspired me to start my own company. Along with my sister Alexandra and a talented team, we now have more than 35 fitness gym locations and a internationally accredited fitness coaching course. I also published a book on detox smoothies made from fruits and vegetables. My vision continues to grow, with plans to expand the 18Gym concept across Europe and develop the 18 Beauty Center franchise.
