A bit about me: Community development and partnership building have been at the heart of my career. At Laridae, I lead a range of strategy, facilitation, and planning projects, and provide training and coaching to non-profit professionals across Canada. Using my passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and asking thought-provoking questions, I support clients to develop customized strategies that don't just sit on a shelf, but rather, get put into action and implemented to create meaningful change.
