How Women Lead is a national women’s organization focused on activating and advocating for top executive women by affecting change at all levels through a proven, four-step strategy: by affecting systems reform, mobilizing a movement, offering training, and giving access to opportunities. Women corporate directors and those on that pathway work together to drive legislation, change corporate behavior, build their skills and develop a pipeline of women ready and qualified to join corporate boards. * Oversaw international and domestic, quantitative active equity strategies topping over $10 billion in AUM. * Spokesperson for Schwab Funds in numerous media events and interviews on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. * Steered fund launches, closures and repositioning, and presented to the fund board on these objectives and expectations; an example of a successful fund launch was the Schwab Premier Equity Fund which gathered $334 million in assets by the launch date, which soft-closed at $1.5 billion after 15 months. * Lead portfolio manager of Schwab Hedged Equity Fund, a strategy with dynamic short ratio that was used by RIA in alternative investment allocation.

* Co-managed the Income & Growth Fund and several institutional separate accounts, with $6 billion assets under management. * Conducted research projects within the areas of portfolio optimization, signal implementation, market impact costs and implementation shortfall. * In collaboration with IT, designed and implemented crucial intranet website to facilitate multiple quantitative functions, such as real-time file generation, and a sandbox environment for testing.

* Managed client relationships of quant equity investment managers, pension plan sponsors and consultants. * Provided interpretation on investment theory to clients conducting comprehensive analyses on investment portfolio risk and performance attribution.
