Schedule and monitor the movement of material through the production cycle. Execute the MRP plan and schedule. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. * Maintain relationships with vendors by resolving problems with invoicing, product, or delivery to ensure quality service and longevity of relationships. * Provides product and pricing information to the sales force and makes recommendations regarding pricing structure for product lines based upon volume and margin considerations. * Perform Supply Chain Purchasing: Issues purchase orders and maintains records per company procedures. * Ensure the Dangerous Goods such as the chemicals proper receive and store * Solid knowledge of proper methods of the stacking, storing and packing which include the Dangerous Goods * Ensure the shipment process has excellent performance with 3rd party logistics partners and internal teams * Process the shipping by using shipping tools such as Oracle ERP, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager and DHL Easy Ship * Process export documentation, ensure the proper use of Incoterms, HTS classification codes and the Dangerous Goods document (Commercial Invoice, Letters of Instruction, Certificates of Origin) * Process the recycling chemical empty drums and cylinders return to vendors including issue shipping label, document and schedule the freight forwarder for pickup. * Inventory maintenance record and documentation * Perform monthly Safety Inspection for the Receiving Room, Warehouse, and the Chemical Warehouse.
