• Provide quality economic valuations and insights for investment opportunities/proposals to internal stakeholders such as Venture & Portfolio, Commercial and Business Development leaders to facilitate quality decisions • Develop and maintain fit-for-purpose economic models of varying complexity in Excel or similar commercial software based on sound interpretation of fiscal, legal and commercial terms • Support commercial negotiation of business opportunities and agreements through scenario and risk analyses • Analyse audited financial statements through quantitative data collection for economic and financial performance monitoring or benchmarking • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in field development plans and provide inputs on the various options, scenarios and risks as part of the co-creation process, offering insight from a valuation perspective • Drive clarity and consistency in economic analyses • Communicate, apply and refine economic evaluation guidelines and standards • Assist in the preparation of annual business plan and budget

1. Finance focal point for gas assets which includes liaising with the respective PSC operators on financial matters, detailed analysis, and challenge the reasonableness of cost sharing for OPEX and CAPEX in both Joint Interest Billings and Cash Call. 2. Finance representative for Technical Committee Meetings for gas asset. 3. Assists head of NOV to make sure all AFEs and ABR is within the approved budgets and in compliance with the terms stated in JOA. 4. Focal person for the implementation of SAP project module for upstream cost tracking. 5. Focal person who prepared and further analysed the detailed cost tracking and Joint Interest Billing (“JIB”) for all PSCs (in term of CAPEX and OPEX). 6. Key member in upstream finance who prepare, analyse monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports which includes preparation of income tax analysis, ABEX receivables and liabilities discounting calculations. 7. Key member for annual statutory audit for PSEP, which includes liaising with external auditors. 8. Key audit team member for JV Audit. 9. Finance focal for gas assets in the WPB Challenge with external operator.

1. Manage full sets of accounts independently with minimal supervision. 2. Prepare monthly analysis schedules timely for account closing to ensure correct information presented in company’s account submission. 3. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statement. 4. Identify business performance including variances to budget. 5. Assist with financial planning and analysis, forecasts and budgets for the group. 6. Maintain good accounting system and proper accounting records in compliance to the company’s requirement. 7. Managing day to day transactions operations of the fi nance departments – report generation, budget review, payment, receipts, GL etc. 8. Administrate the documentation filling system to safeguard company's documents. 9. Any other duties assigned by Finance Manager and able to handle ad hoc tasks from time to time
