With over two decades of dedicated service in the public sector technology sphere, my mission at HTX has been to spearhead strategic IT programs that reinforce Singapore's immigration and security frameworks. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and the deployment of cutting-edge solutions that align with HTX's mission to keep our nation safe and secure. My aim is to integrate diverse perspectives into our projects, fostering a culture that values agility and efficiency. Since joining HTX as Director and CIO, my focus has been on leading strategic IT initiatives that enhance the capabilities of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. This has involved the development of an IT Master plan and the implementation of innovative technologies to boost efficiency and strengthen security at national borders. Our team's efforts in transforming checkpoint operations through tech have marked a significant milestone in our continuous journey towards operational excellence.
