Shoplazza is a cloud-based and multi-channel commerce platform design for online brands to go borderless. As the Financial Service team in Shoplazza, our mission is to empower Shoplazza ecosystem's growth with best-in-class financial solutions, while keeping our platform safe and maintaining user trust.

Our team is responsible for everything Banking related in APAC and enable Stripe to expand its Global Payment and Treasury Network to APAC. The specific areas include integrations with all local banks in APAC, automating programmatic money movement to stay efficient and compliant, enabling direct debit and bank transfers as part of payment methods, building various premium payout products such as crossborder payout, instant payout and alternative currency payout. My responsibilities include managing projects and engineering resources, setting vision and roadmap for the team, hiring and growing the team, collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver business outcomes. The team grew 5x and formed multi team engineering organization with separate focus areas and dedicated engineer managers.

I’m leading the Marketplace Experience team here at Lyft!
