Vivian Cheung

Vivian is an Authorized Person and registered architect based in Hong Kong with a diverse project portfolio across Hong Kong, China, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Kazakhstan. She structures strategic plans and has led numerous cross-disciplinary teams and projects, ranging from small site of 230 square metres to large-scale development spanning 19,000 square metres in Hong Kong, and specializes in residential cum commercial developments (delivered over 1,400 residential units) as well as healthcare institutions, such as hospital, elderly care home and correctional centre. Vivian oversaw a portfolio of 26 properties at one time, spearheading projects totaling up to HK$ 1.05B and handling active projects valued at HK$ 980M, where she managed to achieve up to 30% budget savings without compromising quality. Her dedication to excellence has been recognized through multiple awards, which strengthens her philosophy that the true essence of great architecture and successful projects shines through when they are embraced and appreciated by their users and participants. Besides her architectural design expertise, Vivian has also been entrusted as the Designated Representative to handle construction disputes cases.
