Research in circuits and VLSI supports the continuous development of high-performance integrated circuit products with emphasis on low-power and high-performance. The computational demands of real-time 3D graphics, AI, and high-performance computing require the highest performance and efficiency from our integrated circuits. Our research scientists advance the state-of-the-art in digital and analog circuits and develop automated design methodologies for Very-Large-Scale-Integration (VLSI) implementations to meet these computational demands, collaborating with our internal product and engineering teams to bring research ideas to market.
