Providing customer consultation, budget planning, project managing, colour consultancy, drawing floor plan layouts, designing, creating mood and sample boards, sourcing furniture and accessories, coordinating logistics and furniture placements.

Responsible for achieving store sales figures, budget, and performance. Managing daily operations and motivating the team to maximize sales. Connecting with new applicants and recruiting suitable candidates. Managing the administrative tasks, team rosters, and reports with back-of-house processes and stock control. Working together with the Visiual Merchandise team towards greater sales opportunities. Reporting and communicating feedback with line managers.

The success of Busy Girl Enterprises led to the opening of my own retail store, which operated for 12 years, from Putney, in Ryde. Designed and set up the new store; managed daily operations with my team of 4 personnel. Tasks included: sourcing, planning, and ordering stock, negotiating with suppliers while maintaining strong relationships, managing costs, merchandising, and window dressing, promoting sales targets and initiatives, hosting exclusive events, including fundraisers, VIP nights, and seasonal promotions, as well as providing residential and commercial styling and fashion consultancy.
