Updating the sales consultant follow-ups with a potential client interested in the company’s projects in Dubai (i.e. hotel properties) on the company’s database daily. Prepare and send the company’s daily activity reports to the office managers using Microsoft excel. Assigning driver to pickup potential clients from the promotional venues to the office for the company’s properties exhibition. Provide administrative support for my line manager such as assist and directs client coming into the office showroom, and organize a sales consultant to take the client for a tour in the company’s show room. Answers all incoming calls and handles caller’s inquiries. Receives, directs and pass on telephone messages to appropriate channels.
