Participate in product development for different brands and departments. Use multiple 3D tools to create digital design outcome base on their visual goals, provide material& finishing solutions, help brands make decision smarter and quicker, drive efficient result. Use wide range of design knowledge to assess product design covering multiple categories (cosmetics, small accessories, home products，toys，etc.) Use technical experience to evaluate potential risk in production process for different material (plastic, ceramic, metal, glass etc.) Cut down sample rounds and cost. Build digital assets and library for different brands, speed up running product iteration progress. Work with team, keep up to date on newest digital technology; hold pilot projects using 3D methods, seek new business solutions for both production and retail.

Responsible for two licensed brands and two private label brands project management and product development. Leading the whole process of the project from brand strategy to product development. Brand positioning according to U.S. market research. Product line planning, price range policy communicate with overseas licenser to determine the product strategic direction. provide innovative ideas under brand guide line. Control the brand's overall style, boost team members come up with innovative product design features. Lead product design, coordinate with other designers to complete design in each categories. have obtained several structure and appearance patents. cooperate with merchandiser and vendors for the whole progress of proofing, communicate with suppliers and engineers, control the sample quality and make sure the progress is on schedule. support sales team to provide right products to targeted consumers in quick response. After a year's hard work, the projects has been built from scratch to product launch in many stores in the US, such as Menards, TrueValue, Sam's Club, etc.

Responsible for Developing lighting category product strategy and new product plan for domestic market. Clearly define user stories, design theme concept, and extract design elements. Allocate work with design team, and drive the direction of product development, keeping the team complete tasks efficiently. Work closely with engineering teams; make product prototypes to clarify every details of design concept. Visiting exhibitions regularly，Collecting and analyzing the latest exhibition information, market trends and competitors' product information on a regular basis. designed nearly hundreds of lighting products, ”Swan Lake”, ”Love of Lase” have been sold tens of thousands of pieces, bring millions of profit for the company.
