I have over 21 years of experience in construction engineering and inspection, material quality control and maintenance for highway and bridge facilities in Florida. Also have significant FDOT project experience on complex projects involving widening and reconstruction, complex phasing and traffic control, Design-Build contract administration, utility adjustments as well as, environmental mitigation and permit compliance. Am very familiar with the current FDOT Standard Specifications, policies and procedures, including all aspects of field engineering and inspection. I am knowledgeable of modern construction technologies and proficient in the use FDOT’s SiteManager, Hummingbird, LIMS and the ERC System for plan reviews and Turnpike’s ProjectSolve. In addition, I am a CTQP Qualified Instructor and have administered CTQP Statewide Training Program. I am also very familiar with the Field Standards for Final Estimates and the Construction Project Administration Manual (CPAM).
