• Joined as the first member of New Business Development Team (KAM NBD) where within first year, managed to bring up revenue contribution of team to more than 15% of overall revenues of Delhi/NCR region • Promoted after six months of joining, only person across 45 radio stations pan India to be promoted within 18 months of joining • Identified and acquired new business opportunities by tapping key accounts/clients that had never ventured into Radio as a medium to Advertise or Clients who advertise on radio medium but have never been BIG FM’s client • Negotiated & Concluded Deals/ Radio Campaign share through constant dialogues and presentations to the Client & Media Agencies
