I am a renewable energy professional with over 6 years of experience in power sector reform, energy storage modeling, and regulatory policy analysis. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at IIT Kanpur, working on India’s energy transition and evaluating long-duration storage technologies (thermal, gravity, PHS, flow batteries). My work includes financial modeling, regulatory gap analysis, and optimization of hybrid RE+storage systems. My Ph.D. focused on high-temperature latent heat thermal energy storage for power generation, where I developed and optimized TES systems using CFD and RSM techniques, and studied PCM-material compatibility and corrosion resistance. Key tools & languages: GAMS, Python (Pyomo), R, ANSYS Fluent, PLEXOS I'm passionate about enabling clean energy transitions, policy-driven reforms, and climate-resilient infrastructure.
