• Ensure proper trade coverage for all jobs by calling sub-trades to obtain quotes and maintain relationships with vendors, sub-contractors, and suppliers • Determine the scope of work in estimating process including performing quantity take-offs, researching and obtaining material prices, tender closings, attending and submit/close tenders • Help with the creation of historical cost information for budgeting and cost planning • Work closely with project manager and chief estimator to create comprehensive project goals, and schedules to keep workflow on track and within budget • Being the key point of contact with construction team and client on new construction projects and escalating issues to the Project Manager as required • Oversee and manage project accounting and finance activities for the company's projects, Compare estimates and costs

February 2021 to August 2022 • Determine the scope of work, Prepares quantity take-offs for projects such as land development (which includes watermain, sanitary sewers, storm works, roads and sidewalks) and drainage work • Organize sub-contractors quotations, negotiate to insure quotes meet contract documents and issue proper documented purchase orders • Prepares construction schedule, management and execution of site servicing and grading plan as per the specifications • Throughout the project, proactively and accurately reviews, approves and codes all project costs to budget

• Read, markup, and prepare as-built and construction drawings using AutoCAD • Review architectural drawings for the site if applicable and where available • Fully coordinate site survey accessibility with Landlords and Client • Measured field dimensions on construction site visits and photo documentation • Identify any issues of concern as part of the site survey and coordinate information with Client • Assisting the senior estimator in all stages of the estimating process including performing quantity takeoffs, research and obtain material prices, assist in tender closings, attend and submit/close tenders

• Project site coordination for civil, structural steel & utility works • Analyze variances between budgets and financial forecasts. Inform project management about cost trends and propose appropriate recommendations • Collect Progress data & reports, Produce clear and concise cost reports and graphs • Document daily construction activity, and transfer onsite log data to formalized construction files • Execution of the architect and structural drawing as per the detail and specification
