My role and responsibilities at HNB Engineers Pvt Ltd:- My main role at HNB Engineers Pvt Ltd is as Jr. Mechanical Engineer.Daily plan new machinery installation ( erections of machine ), supervision, Operation and maintenance (O&M)of HNB Engineers Pvt Ltd STP plants in the PCMC area. It includes resolving daily problems of O&M and our PCMC client related issues. here I handle/ resolved technical problems. I work as bridge between the PCMC corporation team and our head office for resolving problems in O&M and client related issues. l Scheduled and conduct team meetings for MOM of our HNB Engineers Pvt Ltd O&M plants which are located in Noida, Greater Noida, Vinzol, Haridwar, Anand and Valsad, modinagar and PCMC etc for catching current status, resolving problems of O&M and team/ management regarding problem. I organize&handle various morning meetings regarding O&M daily schedules, technical problems related and safety related for respecting to the various systems like mechanical machineries(pump, motor, blowers, various Valve, Various Gates, piping, dewatering m/c, biogas engine etc)& Instrumentation & Electricals system ( DO sensor, panel, etc) also the chemical system like chlorination and in-house chemical laboratory related issues. Main moto of it is achieving standard results / standard parameters ( BOD, COD, TSS, MLSS, DO etc)/ standard outlet of water results from maintaining operation and maintenance of mechanical , electrical, Instrumentation, electronic and chemical system. Here I also used my skills like planning , teamwork and manpower handling for handles and guide my under teams like plants incharges, supervisors, electrician and plant operators. I also worked with purchase team for finding various quotation by putting requirements. Here my main functions are resolve mechanical and documentation related issues and technical issues -also finding innovative ideas/solution for resolving problems with engineering aspects.
