Adapt logistics project generic time schedule to specific individual new store project logistics time schedule • Work together with the relevant stakeholders on the new store supply and transport mode set up • Until logistics Project Leader is on board: - Coordinate the design of warehouse racking, vertical conveyor systems and charging room - Create the plan for additional resources - Support new store build up ordering process - Keep up MHS routines with IT expansion to ensure all batches are correctly setup on time • Be responsible for commercial planning and secure a rational range to sales to space and efficient goods flow/waste flow, thus laying the foundation for optimal logistics operation. • Secure commercial plan implementation including ensuring format and contents of plan documents and drawings are meeting standard logistics requirements.

Hiring the team of delivery associates and station supervisors  Defining the transportation process from Fulfillment Center to delivery stations  Defining the delivery process from delivery station to customer address  Ensure enough bandwidth in citywide delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management  Conduct the performance appraisals of the station supervisors and mentor them for handling efficient operations  Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement  Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance  Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen

Responsibilities • Develop Unit-specific strategy and road map and drive continuous improvements in unit operations • Execute strategies by engaging and managing employees, including training and development to establish best practices • Establish group and individual accountabilities and departmental KPIs across store wide functions • Implement policies, procedures and management systems in the Unit and ensure full participation of employees in change • Ensure the attainment of business objectives & sales targets while delivering standards exceeding customer expectations • Develop and manage Unit budget including capital expenditures, control cost to rationalize spending • Oversee assets maintenance, housekeeping, merchandizing, display, overall safety, and supplier and product quality • Encourage employees participation in decision making and value their inputs, creating a sense of belongingness • Initiate and manage efforts to enhance all round performance of the business, and strengthen employee relations • Forecast sales and revenue budgets for the Unit and deliver action plan to meet budgeted figures • Monitor / audit invoices; manage cash flow, expenditure and inventory, highlighting and acting upon any anomalies • Assign responsibilities, supervising the day-to-day activities of Unit, and monitor/manage performance • Ensure the Unit is appropriately staffed and well organized, with streamlined & synergized work flow on end-to-end operations, and in keeping with company policy on best practices & standards • Oversee suppliers performance and quality, compliance level to delivery norms, and cost effectiveness of supplies

• Manage cross-functional alignment and partnerships • Oversee On line Ordering Portal and Call Centre operations along with different IT solutions • Lead the execution of the delivery project with a one to three year plan to scale the business • Manage overall operations of delivery project for the regional team in accordance with the standards – inspiring on high standards • Lead the Rider recruitment based on the growth need • Provide direction and support to Area Coaches/RGMs and restaurant teams on delivery operations • Partner with Field Training team to build capability of store teams on delivery priorities and operations through structured training engagements for TMs and Managers • Respond to Customer feedbacks by conducting root cause analysis, ensuring 100% closures within 24 hrs. • Coordinate with all delivery stores to facilitate availability of Capacities as per current volumes

Responsibilities • Responsible for starting ‘one of a kind’ restaurant which is fully managed by HSI team at “Road No 36, Jubilee Hills” Hyderabad • Responsible for store P&L, ensuring expenses are kept within budget • Lead recruitment and training of HSI team members • Set and administer standards for effective inventory and process quality management • Troubleshoot issues and lead other RGMs on request by the management
