About

I build momentum where healthcare organizations are stuck.Over 20+ years, I've led organizations through the moments that define them, turnarounds, launches, rebrands, and strategic pivots. Boards call me when they need someone who can see clearly in complexity, align the right stakeholders, and move fast without losing care.As CEO of Pacific Vision Foundation, I led a full organizational transformation: rebuilt the team and culture, relaunched the brand, restructured fundraising, and deepened clinical and community partnerships, resulting in 157% revenue growth and a 120% increase in services to underserved patients. My background is deliberately cross-disciplinary. Clinical informatics training at Stanford University School of Medicine and a law degree from UC Berkeley mean I think in systems, navigate governance and regulatory environments fluently, and can hold clinical, operational, technology, and legal conversations.I also work at the intersection of U.S. and Nordic healthcare ecosystems. As President of HIMSS Northern California and a board member of the Swedish American Chambers of Commerce, I've spent years connecting innovators, investors, clinicians, and health system leaders across geographies, because the most interesting healthcare solutions often live at the edges between systems, sectors, and borders. What I bring to executive and senior leadership roles:→ Organizational turnaround and transformation→ Launching and scaling healthcare services and products→ High-performing team and governance development→ Cross-sector and international partnership strategy→ Strategic clarity in complex, high-stakes environmentsI'm seeking my next CEO, COO, or Chief Strategy Officer role, or an SVP/VP position in Strategy, Innovation, or Partnerships, ideally with an organization in active transformation: a turnaround, a growth inflection, or a new strategic direction. Health systems, MedTech, digital health, and mission-driven organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area are where I do my best work.If that sounds like your organization, or someone you know, I'd welcome the conversation.
