I am an accomplished Distribution and Logistics professional with a proven track record to succeed. I have worked within large scale multi channel operations in the FMCG sector for 17 years and held various roles within Operations, Stock Control, Systems and Project teams. I have been involved in start ups and worked in both 3PL and In House environments with the experience in managing peak operations with 1000 staff. I believe in striving for excellence in order to ensure sustainable performance and measurable outcomes i.e. customer satisfaction and profitability. I recognise ‘customers’ at all levels and aim to get things right first time. I look for continuous methods to reduce waste in order to better quality, cost and delivery. I am a hard worker with excellent analytical, organisational and leadership skills who adopts an objective driven work approach.
